How do I make a warranty claim?
Once you received your Dreemi Mattress, please register your warrantyhere. If you're having an issue with a product or would like to submit a warranty claim, you'll need to submit a request and select 'Warranties and Returns'. Alternatively, you can contact our customer care team on 1800 DREEMI (1800 373 364) or email customerservice@dreemi.com.au. Once we've received your request, someone will be in touch as quickly as possible!
Is there a trial period for the mattress?
Yes! We offer a 30-night sleep trial, allowing you to experience the Dreemi mattress in the comfort of your home. Contact our locally based customer service team. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return it within the trial period.
